CONSIGNMENT CHARGE
Consignors receive 60% of the sale price per item sold over $300.00 U.S. dollars and 40% of the sale price per item sold under $300.00 U.S. dollars.

CONSIGNMENT TERM
Our consignment term is negotiable. We recommended consigning for a minimum of 30 days.

MERCHANDISE DELIVERY and PICK-UP ARRANGEMENT
Our service is limited to Consignors, Boutiques and Designers within the Washington Metropolitan Area at this time. Delivery/Pick-up arrangements will be finalized at the completion of consignment steps 1 and 2 on our How to Consign Page. This arrangement is applicable for on-line purchases and consignments within the Washington Metropolitan Area.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation with every order. Merchandise availability is provided at the time of purchase. Payment for available items and ordered items are processed on demand. Details for ordered items will be provided upon completion of order.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card and Debit Card Payments via PayPal
Mail-in Option via Money Orders & Checks (merchandise will be held until payment is cleared if payment is by personal check). Contact us at Latonya@ntheloopon-line.com if you intend to pay by personal check.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, we can not accept returns. We strongly encourage you to read all of the item details to ensure proper sizing, material etc. As a courtesy, within twelve months of the original sell date, we will sell one clothing or footwear item (ONLY) you wish to return,without applicable consignment fees. ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL SELL CONDITION. Sell price will be determined by N The Loop On-line. All other sales are final. You are more than welcome to consign items you wish to return by following our How to Consign procedure, consignment fees are applicable.

SALES TAX
Tax is included in the sell price of each item.

SHIPPING
We will only ship to your credit card billing address. Purchased items are shipped the first Saturday following the sell date.

SHIPPING CHARGES
In addition to our low prices, shipping is FREE within the United States. International orders will be billed accordingly and will ship via USPS airmail parcel post.
